When Sir Edmund Hilary became the first man recorded to reach the summit of Mount Everest, he reflected that this huge achievement was ultimately a process of growth for himself.

Mentees and mentors go through weekly skill-building sessions (eg.  sports, arts, debate and much more) with a showcase at the end! Through the journey and regular reflections, bonds are built and lessons learnt about resilience, growth and other values.
