Frequently Asked Questions
Can I book a space for more than two hours?
Yes definitely! Bookings are currently in 1 x 2hr block, so if you wish to book more hours, you may submit another form. However, if you wish to request for a customised booking duration, do drop an email to hi@majulah.sg with the subject <Space Rental> and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
How do I make payment?
Once you have booked through the system, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided along with the payment details. Do make payment accordingly and reply to the email with the payment screenshot. Booking will only be confirmed via email once our space officer has checked payment.
If I book a Do Space, am I restricted to just one area within the space?
Not at all! Please feel free to move from area to area and do different things in the space. You may also use our facilities and items while in the space, where necessary. If you need anything or are confused about anything, do approach our space officer of the day 🙂 However, our store room is out of bounds but if you need any items, you may enquire with us before your booking starts
Would there be any changes to the slots provided on the booking page?
As the space is primarily used as a work office and workshop space for Majulah’s staff and programmes, we would need to prioritise our space for internal use. We reserve the right to modify, change, cancel and/or add slots where necessary. Thank you for your understanding!
